Product profile:

High-grade hand-painting no-yellowing semi-matt varnish king is one of the products developed by Technological Development Department of Prachtig Coatings Co., Ltd. especially for satisfying the demands of medium and high-grade decoration projects. Has a high proportion of solid content, with a sound transparency, easy for hand painting, with almost no brush trace; leaves an evenly distribution color and luster, good resistance against yellowing, able to let the luster and texture of the painted timber itself well reserved and easily seen; presents a paint film with a good plumpness, good weathering resistance, feels smooth and delicate by hands, and serves as an ideal choice for applications in high-grade decoration projects.

How to apply:

By spray or brush, subject to filtering by a 200-eyed filtering cloth after being compounded with oil.

Compounding ration (weight ratio):

Paint: all-purpose type hardener: thinner = 1: 0.5: 0.8~1.2.

Workable duration (under 25 centidegrees): ≥5 hours

Technical parameters (under 25 centidegrees):

Surface drying ≤15 minutes, Wholly drying ≤12 hours.

Precautions:

1. Be sure to use an all-purpose hardener turned out by our company, prevent other chemicals from being involved.
2. Be sure to keep the application environment clean, and avoid the varnish from being polluted by dust.
3. Be sure to leave an enough period of interval time after applying each layer of varnish, to let the applied varnish to dry; do not apply too thick a layer of varnish at once.
4. Try to avoid use of putty.
